Course Content

Rydel College is an 8 week roofing education program that allows you to become a certified installer.

The program consists of both hands-on training and the theory behind roofing installation.
You will obtain all of the necessary tools and knowledge in order to find success within the roofing industry.

This pay scale overview assumes that you will be able to both gain additional certifications during your time with Rydel and gain time-related experience.

Course Payback Program

After completion of program, Rydel Roofing will offer you a position
After working for Rydel Roofing for 1 year, you will receive 50% of your program cost back
After working for Rydel Roofing for 2 years, you will receive the remaining 50% of your program cost back

Roofer Retirement Investment Fund

During your employment with Rydel Roofing, there will be a $1 per hour amount invested into an investment fund on your behalf
You will receive regular reports with updates on this investment fund
You will be able to invest more on top of Rydel’s contribution if you choose to do so

*The Zoom component takes place remotely. There is a Zoom meeting once a week for 4 weeks, and will run for 2-3 hours

General knowledge of roofing materials
